working-out in my home

How can a person keep on with her new resolutions of workout regularly and keeping fit with the help of her house gymnasium? The answer I found that worked great for me is quite simple: I need to get my mind off the fact that I am exercising. I know many trainers will say you should focus on the workouts you are doing and look at yourself in the mirror to correct your posture while you exercise, etc. If I do that, only focus on the workouts and push myself, I feel like stopping after ten to fifteen minutes into my workout routine.
On the other hand, when I am in my house gym and workout on the machines, I don’t mind workout for more than half an hour if I am listening to my self-hypnosis recordings.
